We’re currently working with a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm in Basingstoke who are looking to appoint a Client Services Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing client enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels
- Scheduling client meetings, reviews, and appointments
- Coordinating diaries across advisers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records within CRM systems
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Building strong client relationships to enhance the overall experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in a client-facing or administrative role (Preferably in Financial Services)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience within financial planning or wealth management would be advantageous
