Dynamite Recruitment is delighted currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join one of our top clients near Membury, Devon on a permanent basis. As a highly driven and focused Business Partner you will be responsible for producing insightful financial forecasts and profitability scenarios that support the businesses strategic aims.

The package:

• £50,000 - £60,000 experience dependant 
• A Discretionary hybrid working pattern
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays 

The Role of Finance Business Partner:

• Produce reports to analyse revenue and profitability with a view to drive gross profit across various workstreams
• Complete month end closing, prepare annual budgets and cashflows and produce management reports
• Identify improvements and review processes to ensure they run efficiently and effectively
• Ensure plans reflect up to date performance issues, are robust and owned by the businessContinue

The Ideal Candidate for a Finance Business Partner:

• ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified 
• Confident in making decisions
• Fully competent with Microsoft Excel modelling skills
• An analytical thinker with a methodical approach to analysis
• A minimum 3 years working within a similar Finance Business Partner position
