As a Digital Customer Support Agent, you'll provide support through channels like email, live chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media—helping customers through loan applications and account management.
What You'll Be Doing:
Southampton Central
Full-time | 37.5 hrs/week | Shifts between 8am–6pm
Approx. 1 Saturday/month + 1 bank holiday/year
What You'll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer queries across multiple digital platforms
- Guide applicants through loan processes and documentation
- Support existing customers with account questions and payments
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers with tailored care
- Flag potential fraud or risks appropriately
- Strong written communication with a human touch
- A positive, proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools
