Training Co-ordinator/ Administrator -Immediate start
 
Location : Warrington
 
Salary; £27,500
 
Start date : Immediate start required
 
Duration : This is a temporary position for 12 weeks the then remain Permanente
 
Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established business who are based in the Warrington area
 
Due to a really busy period and growth plans our client is looking to recruit a Training Co-ordinator / Administrator immediately
 
As a Training Co-ordinator / Administrator you will be responsible for the following :
 
  • Provide administrative assistance to the training team on a daily basis
  • Work alongside department administrators to ensure that all paperwork, complaints, documents etc are filed and recorded correctly
  • To manage diaries and schedule training in for new and existing employee
  • To book venues , travel arrangements and accommodation for those on training course
  • To book external trainers
  • To provide refreshments for training and book out rooms
  • To manage/ produce training documentation
  • Collate all Training Material and update spreadsheets etc
  • Build strong working relationships with the Operational and Compliance Managers to enable the allocated field engineer to excel in performance
  • Oversee and arrange the continued evaluation of all field-based staff and managers, identifying areas for improvement and encouraging development
  • Ensuring that All staff involved within Field Services have adequate information, instruction, and training to be able to carry out their duties to a high standard. 
 
The ideal Training Co-ordinator will have / Be:
 
  • Good motivational and man management skills
  • Previous experience in a senior administration position
  • Will ideally have managed diaries and booked travel arrangements
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Will be well organised and able to multitask
  • Previous experience of dealing with training materials would be advantageous although not essential
