Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be representing our client in recruiting a Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join one of their teams in Eastleigh. 
HYBRID working, going into the office just ONE day a week!
Full-time paid training for up to 6 weeks. 
Starting salary is £20,000 rising to £21,700 with salary increments 
* Full training is provided!
* 23 days annual leave rising to 25 days

The duties of the role:
* Handling a variety of incoming calls, answering queries and questions along the way.
* Liaising with customers, clients and third parties via telephone, emails and letters.
* Being the first point of contact for customers and processing their claims 
* Ensuring information inputted into the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care.
Full-Time working hours:
37.5 hour contract working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-9pm
Occasional weekend work is required-When working a day at the weekend, you will have a mid-week day off! 

The Ideal Candidate:
* ALL Customer Service experience is considered
* Will be customer-focused with great communication skills and good attention to detail
* Must have good basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
