Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Trade Counter Assistant for a Building Supplies Specialist based in Totton. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking for long term progression.

- Assisting with customers and taking their order, communicating both over the phone and face to face
- Advising customers on products and other services
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering stock and merchandising the branch
- Supporting the sales team, handling incoming calls when needed
- Handling any other customer enquiries when required
- Completing adhoc admin duties when needed
- Must have solid customer service experience, all industries will be considered!! Hospitality, retail, front of house, call centres, graduates, reception or sales.
- Must be customer focused with great communication skills
- Must have good basic IT skills
