Temporary Customer Safety Officer
Location: Basingstoke and Remote
Hours: 37 hours.
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour.
Duration: 3 months minimum
Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-known, fast growing service provider based in the Basingstoke Area.

As a customer safety officer, you will contact local residents and carry out risk assessments and plans.
As a Customer Safety Officer, it will be your responsibility to:
  • Develop and carry out Audits
  • Educating local residents on basic fire safety within their surroundings
  • Contact local residents who are living in high risk buildings to obtain updated information
  • Communicate with external stakeholders
  • Liaise with various departments internally to arrange repairs or orders of property aids
  • Carry out risk assessments
  • Cross referencing information given and update the system
The ideal Customer Safety Officer will be/have:
  • Experience in completing fire risk assessments and evacuation plans
  • Excellent computer skills using various systems
  • Will have the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Will have the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Driving licence
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
  • Will have strong organisational time keeping skills
  • Able to prioritise own workload
  • Previous exposure working within care homes or supported housing
