Temporary Call handler 
 
Location: Havant
 
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:45 until 17:15 and Saturday 9:00 until 13:00
 
Salary: £9.00 to £9.50 per hour.
 
Duration: Ongoing.

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established service provider who are based in Havant.

Due to growth our client is now looking for a Call Handler to work within a specialist customer service team based in the Havant area.
 
As a Call Handler you will be responsible for:
  • To act as first point of contact for customers.
  • To record accurate information on the system.
  • To manage requests from customers from the initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Complaint handling should this arise
  • To record information directly into the system
  • General administration, data processing filing faxing etc
  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Always providing excellent customer service.
As a Call Handler you will have/be:
  • Be able to multi task
  • Have previous experience of dealing with customers on the telephone and via email – (ideally within a contact centre / call centre although this is not essential)
  • Will be able to decide and take responsibility for each enquiry.
  • Will have good attention to detail and PC skills and experience
  • Will be very customer focused and be looking to go the extra mile for your customer
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident with IT
