Technical Support / 1st Line Technical Support
Location: Chandlers ford
Salary: £20,430
Working hours 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday, you will be required to work on a call out rota from home
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business based in the chandlers Ford
As Technical Support and Helpdesk you will be responsible for assisting a variety of clients with all round 1st line technical supports
You will also support the company overall with 1st line assistance
Your key duties will include the following:
- Act as the single point of contact into IT Support, accepting communication via phone, email, web portal, face to face or remote support.
- Support and management of all mobile devices; phones, tablets, dongles
- Troubleshoot all issues reported to the IT Service Desk, devising a resolution or workaround until permanent resolution is found
- Build and configure new IT assets using documented procedures and client imaging technologies
- Set up of new employees with the relevant accounts, access and equipment
The Ideal Candidate
- Basic knowledge of Apple OS and associated cloud application
- Experience within an IT support role
- Understanding of network / server infrastructure
- Knowledge of Windows Client Operating Systems - Windows 7/1
