Dynamite Recruitment are working with a well known retailer who due to recent growth have a brilliant opportunity for a Technical Advisor to join their team
Working alongside the company workshop you will be supporting customers and end users with product faults, pre and post sales technical support and fault finding and spare part enquiries.
The successful candidate will need to have thorough and proven tool knowledge. Customer Service experience would be hugely desirable but product knowledge is essential
Job responsibilities
- Provide technical support and information to customers by phone and email
- Working alongside the workshop you will Identify and solve product faults
- Assist the sales team with pre and post sales technical support
- Resolve and advise on spare part enquiries
Skills required
- Proven tool knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Call centre experience is preferable but not essential
- Good IT skills, proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programmes
