Up to £32k (this can be negotiated depending on experience)

The Role:
- Overall service leadership, resource management, service activity scheduling and project activity planning; within the remit of the IT operational framework.
- Service Desk ticket management and fair-use allocation.
- Ensuring the user experience is maintained and improved through the technology continuous improvement program.
- Supervision and coordination of the first line (tirage), second line and third-line technical support; for all technology, infrastructure, telephony, applications, end-user devices and data services across all locations.
- Supervision and coordination of the third-line support to all cloud-based services and hosting services.
- Management of the service desk team, onsite supplier representatives for 3rd-line support activities and 3rd-line support incidents escalated to suppliers or vendors.
- Create periodic reports of the Service Desk’s performance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Desk Supervisor with a Small to Medium Business organisation.
- Minimum of 2 years maintaining a service desk ticketing system.
- Minimum of 2 years maintaining a knowledgebase library.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
- User / Customer service and experience focus.
- Incident and Problem management.
- Asset and System Life-cycle management.
- Configuration and Deployment management.
- Licence and Support / Warranty management.
- Monitoring, Performance and Optimisation management.
- Ownership and initiative; within the role capabilities and key performance indicators.
- Service Monitoring and Reporting.
- Technical understanding of the company’s technology and future technologies.
- User and supplier on boarding; for new company acquisitions and suppliers.
- Project management methodology understanding.
