Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment is recruiting a Service Desk Manager for one of the largest retail brands to join one of their offices based in Slough. This is a really exciting time to be joining them- YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT!! 
  • Full Time, Permanent 
  • £50,000 to £57,000 P/A 
  • This role requires someone to have technical experience and be willing to roll their sleeves up when needed!
The duties of the Service Desk Manager:
* Day to day management of the service desk team.
* Be responsible for your team ensuring they deliver the best results  
* Prioritise the requests and incidents
* Manage and monitor SLAs and KPIs both within the team and business overall
* Contribute to the planning of new and existing services
Our client is keen to speak with candidates who have the following experience:
* Previous Service Desk and Technical Management experience
* Process chance, incident management, service strategy and design
* Active Directory, Windows 10/11, office 365, general troubleshooting, windows server, MS Azure
