Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established service provider based in the Sheffield area
Due to massive growth they looking for additional customer service and administration support within the business to ensure that their service levels are maintained
You will be working on the Service Scheduling desk taking call out requests from customers and dealing with technicians when allocating these call outs. We are looking for someone who has been in a customer focused position before and enjoys a fast paced environment.
- Taking calls from customers to arrange emergency call outs
- Calling customers proactively to arrange servicing
- Liaising with engineers queries, scheduling their diaries
- Escalating services to repairs team
- Relevant administration
- Keeping up all parties up to date at all times
