Service Coordinator
 
Location : Ringwood
 
Hours pf work : Two shift patterns
Monday to Friday 2 shift patterns 7.30-4.30 or 8.30-5.30
Typically 1 Saturday in 4 paid as overtime
 
Salary: £25000
 
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business based in Ringwood
 
Due to growth plans our client has an exciting opportunity to recruit a Service Coordinator
 
As a Service Coordinator you will be s responsible for the following tasks
 
  • To answer all incoming calls within the service department within a timely manner
  • To monitor customers web-site & email inboxes for incoming jobs and ensure jobs are accepted / logged within customer agreed time-scales
  • To process and upload customers jobs
  • To process and load into internal system out of hour calls
  • To regularly monitor open jobs on both internal CMS system and allocate labour to maximize efficiency
  • To manage engineers daily work loads in line with reactive / parts fitting / maintenance calls
  • To contact & communicate job allocations to engineers via the internal system and make relevant adjustments when necessary
  • To ensure customer queries are handled and systems updated accordingly
  • To ensure updates on both internal system and customers web-site are done daily
  • To ensure maintenance visits are logged and assigned
  • To schedule engineer for fitting parts and service visits
  • To ensure customer reports are ran as required daily / weekly etc.,
  • To ensure completed jobs are closed on both internal system and customers web-site
  • To work as part of a team to ensure both the departments and customer expectations are continually met
 
 
The ideal Service Coordinator must have / be
 
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • High level of IT skills, excel & word, outlook, email
  • Good understanding of SAP knowledge
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to Multi-task
