Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to join our client based in Fareham. You will need to have strong admin experience, any scheduling or planning skills would be hugely desirable.
12 Month Fixed Term Contract- to start ASAP!!
Salary is up to £25,000 P/A

Duties of the Service Coordinator:
* Control and arrange all emergency callouts and maintenance jobs.
* Manage your customer's contracts, booking in work when required.
* Deliver precise workload information to all engineers and contractors.
* Log and maintain customers' queries relating to technical and service issues.
* Conduct follow up calls with customers ensuring all work has been completed accordingly.
* Support the engineers when needed both onsite and in the office.
* Carry out other adhoc duties when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* You need to have experience working in an office environment, administration/coordinator experience is needed.
* Will have strong customer service skills.
* Must be able to react quickly to problems.
