Duties of the Service Coordinator:
* Control and arrange all emergency callouts and maintenance jobs.
* Manage your customer's contracts, booking in work when required.
* Deliver precise workload information to all engineers and contractors.
* Log and maintain customers' queries relating to technical and service issues.
* Conduct follow up calls with customers ensuring all work has been completed accordingly.
* Support the engineers when needed both onsite and in the office.
* Carry out other adhoc duties when required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* You need to have experience working in an office environment, scheduling and planning work to be considered!
* Will have strong customer service and admin skills.
* Must be able to react quickly to problems.
