Dynamite Recruitment are working with a well established security business who are rapidly growing. They are seeking motivated professionals to join their growing team.
They are now seeking a Service Coordinator to work from their Cardiff office.
You will be working on the Service Scheduling desk taking call out requests from customers and dealing with technicians when allocating these call outs. We are looking for someone who has been in a customer focused position before and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Taking calls from customers to arrange emergency call outs
- Calling customers proactively to arrange servicing
- Liaising with engineers queries, scheduling their diaries
- Escalating services to repairs team
- Relevant administration
- Keeping up all parties up to date at all times
As a Service Coordinator you will have/be:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Communication skills.
- Scheduling experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Previously worked within a customer focused position.
