Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside a local well known company in their search for an organised and responsible Service Coordinator join their expanding team.
You will be assisting with the allocation of contracted repair works, maintain their records and administer great customer service.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Allocate work in a timely manner to operatives on a daily basis.
- Liaise with Managers regarding the provision of additional labour
- Update and maintain internal systems with appointments & completed works ensuring accuracy of entries.
- administrative support including data processing, maintenance of department records, telephone answering and message taking.
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent administration/data inputting skills
- Problem solving ability
- Excellent organisational/time management skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy at all times
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
