Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £21500.00 plus fantastic benefits which include the following

Hours of work: 40 hours core office hours Monday - Friday  
Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well establish service provider who are based in the Portsmouth area.
A great opportunity has become available for a reliable and skilled Service Administrator/ Receptionist to join the team with immediate effect
As a Service Administrator / Receptionist you will be responsible for:
  • Working within the operations department where your responsibilities are split between administrative compliance for a major client and the other half of the time you will be responsible for covering the main reception desk.
  • Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and any third parties
  • To record information directly into the Job Management Systems
  • Scheduling in maintenance and repairs for clients, whilst uploading accurate data onto the system 
  • To manage a busy internal system where you will upload client information with accuracy
  • As receptionist you will be the point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls. Ensuring that they have a professional and warm welcome.
  • You will need to maintain stock levels of stationary, equipment and refreshments
  • Undertake various adhoc administrative tasks to support all departments within the business.
  • To ensure that mail and parcels are distributed to the right departments.
  • You will support other departments with generalist administration tasks
  • You are responsible for the administration of employee training
The Required Qualifications for the Role
  • GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Math and English.
The Ideal Service Administrator / Receptionist will have / be
  • A professional and courteous telephone manner at all times irrespective of the situation.
  • Have a clear and concise approach to verbal communication, able to use the phone to communicate effectively, and have good typing skills.
  • Able to multitask whilst retaining accurate information
  • Have good computer skills in MS Office
  • Be able to self-manage and be self-motivated and have a desire to solve problems and eliminate waste.
  • Be flexible in your working hours to be able to support the delivery of the service; be reliable and dependable.
  • Experience of working in a Reception Area / Call Centre or a Customer focused environment.
To be successful in the role it is essential you have a positive, professional, and versatile attitude. You will need to have an organised and rational approach to the work you undertake.
It is essential you have a proactive approach to your work, in a constantly changing and dynamic environment. Your skills, knowledge, experience and training will be essential to ensure this is achieved.
