Job Description

Senior Service Technician - Team Supervisor - Healthcare Based - East London 

We are currently recruiting for a competent Senior Service Technician / Engineer for this successful and rapidly expanding healthcare provider based in the East London area. 

This role will involve dealing with and managing the installation and maintenance of a range of healthcare equipment, along with the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance schedules, responding to breakdowns and ensuring maximum equipment up time in line with service contracts. 

In addition, you will supervise a small Service Technician team and equipment installers, ensuring holiday rotas and cover are arranged and coordinated appropriately. 

A background in a technical service / service engineering role is essential for this role - preferably dealing with electrical products of any nature. Experience of dealing with healthcare products and aids is not essential as full training will be given. 

A PAT testing qualification and some kind of electrical qualification (for example City & Guilds or equivalent) would be an advantage. 

Applicants will need a full driving licence and should be happy to submit to a DBS check if their application is successful. 

Working hours will be Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working involved.
