Senior Sales Support Executive


Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
Location: Chichester

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a very well-established and hugely successful brand based in Chichester. Our client is very popular and is ever growing with new products and services.


As the Senior Sales Support Executive, you will concentrate specifically on supporting the independent sales team by ensuring they have the products, tools and information they require to meet the customers' needs and maximise sales potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for the Independent Sales Force.
  • Support the Central Services Manager to provide our Independent customers with exceptional service and products, through both the Independent Sales and Central Services Teams.
  • Ensure all elements of National & Regional Sales meeting are ready in time for launch. This includes all products being live, any sales packs being set up, samples being available, Card Manager being up to date, and supplying any product information needed for the meeting presentations.
  • Take action points at National and Regional Sales meetings, sharing them as appropriate when back in the office and ensuring that all follow up is completed by both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set up and maintain master Product Schedule with all products due to launch in the coming year, including product detail and intended launch dates.
  • Keep a working knowledge of all CBG and third-party products in the Independent model line, being the first point of call for any questions relating to what we are selling in the Independent channel.

  • Manage all aspects of range launches into the Independent channel. From working with the Head of Sales on the product launch plan and the physical launch of product to reps at Regional and National Sales meetings, to ensuring reps are aware of cut off dates and relevant order information is available for PO's to be placed with suppliers.
  • Coordinate the launch and maintenance of all third-party products on Card Manager, along with implementing any new features required.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support them with Independent range selections, providing sales and customer data to drive the best decisions.
  • Attend publisher meetings to negotiate ranges, timelines, and cut off dates. Ensuring that all relevant information is presented, and facts and feedback gathered, to achieve the best result from every launch.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all product codes are live, with correct pricing, images, pack and template codes, and corresponding POS.
  • Involvement in the organization of and attendance, may be required with major trade events such as Spring Fair & PG Live.
  • Provide service based reporting and analysis, using the results to develop strategies within the channel to increase customer satisfaction and maximise sales potential.
  • Support the Central Services Team with any additional requests, projects and tasks that may arise which contribute to the smooth running of a successful department and business.


The ideal candidate:

  • Will have previous experience working in a similar role (Sales Administration / Coordination)
  • Be able to prioritise you work accordingly with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Will need to occasionally attend off-site meetings.
