Sales Consultant 

Keighley

£21,000 basic with upfront commission of £350 for 6 months. 
 
Realistic £35,000 OTE - uncapped commission structure
 
Dynamite Recruitment are currently working with a well established business based in Keighley.

The ideal candidate will be results driven, enthusiastic, passionate and able to use initiative by establishing the customer’s unique need/requirements.  Accomplished at delivering customer service, your focus will be to proactively interact with the customers and convert enquiries into sales. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for: 
  • Provide a consultative sale technique to the customer 
  • Identify customer needs/ requirements and convert into closed sales 
  • Promote product extras to maximise sale potential
  • Drive sales through the delivery of excellent product knowledge and service skills
  • Working to key performance indicators alongside your team
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets   

As a Sales Consultant you will have/be:
  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • This position will suit a money driven individual who will take advantage of an uncapped commission structure
  • Have the ability to build relationships with customers and exceed their expectations
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Be well presented, professional and personable at all times within in the store
  • Act as a brand ambassador, resulting in a positive brand experience for the customer at all times
