Senior Payroll/HR Administrator
£22k-£25k Depending on Experience
Full Time, Permanent Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll/HR Administrator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Liphook. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and experienced team.
- Ensure that adequate and accurate payroll records are maintained at all times
- Processing of payroll on Sage Payroll for several companies to include the verification of timekeeping data, issuing payslips, P45's and P60's
- Processing of new starters/leavers on the system
- Checking payroll hours on a weekly/monthly basis
- Analysis of hours to revenue
- Calculation of holiday pay accrual
- Processing weekly/monthly payroll for multi-sites
- Liaising with employees to handle and resolve any payroll / HR queries
- Provide analysis and statistics on payroll costs
- Preparation and assisting with the company pension schemes
- Provide general HR administrative support
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous payroll experience
- Knowledge of SAGE payroll
- computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
