Senior Administrator / Office Manager
Salary : £25000 per annum with an opportunity for this to increase

As a Senior Administrator / Office Manager you will be responsible for the following
- Working closely with the Md to support him with generalist PA / Office management duties
- Supporting clients with their requirements via email telephone , multiple channels
- Processing requests and orders , providing quotes for clients
- Managing suppliers , negotiating rates and contracts
- Managing client contracts
- Supporting with purchasing of materials
- Liaising between the office and third parties both internally and externally to ensure that client requests are met
- Working to SLA agreements
- Working with the accountant o support with accounting and finance up to trail balance
- Assisting with invoicing
- Managing a small team within time
- Manage any promotional materials / events
- Any other ahoc duties to support the business
The ideal Senior Administrator / Office manager will have / be
- Very well organised and methodical
- Will ideally have supported in accounting / finance and have experience in Sage
- Will have strong administration experience
- Will have strong administration skills
- Experience in managing a small team would be advantageous although this could be suitable for someone keen to develop quickly into this
- Will be able to prioritise and multitask
- Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in supporting and MD and working in a small business would also be advantageous
