Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be working with an award-winning business in recruiting a Secretary to join their busy team in Romsey. This role would be perfect for someone who has worked as a receptionist and looking for the next step up taking responsibilities.
  
Full Time, Permanent
Monday to Friday 8am to 5:3pm an with hour lunch
Salary is between £20,000 to £24,000- depending on experience
  
The duties of the Secretary:
  • Welcoming visitors into the office
  • Answering phone calls and directing to relevant people
  • Opening and distributing posts, scanning and saving the relevant documents
  • Keeping staff areas clean and maintained
  • Ensuring meetings are set up and ready to go
  • Monitor and order all staff amenities and stationary
  • General maintenance of building and communicate with all external companies
  • Organise events and manage the office's calendar
Experience required for the Secretary:
  • Any experience within Receptionist, Office Coordination, Team Administration, Secretarial positions is required.
  • You need to be highly organised and have strong administrative experience
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and work  to multiple deadlines
  • Have a friendly and assertive manner
