Job Description
- Build relationships with Advisors, clients and lenders
- Keep back-office system up to date
- Chase clients, lenders, solicitors and Advisors for documentation Manage own workload within service level agreements and in line with the processing policy
- To provide a comprehensive, prompt and efficient service to all clients, whether external or internal.
- Produce accurate application forms
- Ensure relevant documentation received is correctly completed, providing quality administration and leaving a clear documented file trail.
- Ensure all parties are kept informed of application progress
