Due to huge success our client grew in 2021 by over 300% and are looking to continue to expand the business further in 2022. As a result, our client is now looking to recruit a Sales Team Manager who will manage a team of appointment makers / lead generators
Working in a high performing sales department, this role will involve leading a team of sales executives who will be generating business through outbound calling
We are looking for a talented Sales Manager who has experience in leading a team which have been responsible for cold calling / generating leads in the past

Someone who will direct but also inspire others
As a Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Being an integral part of the management team– attend meetings and look at sales strategies for the business moving forward
  • Booking and planning meetings with prospective clients to display the company’s products and showcase the business
  • Whilst you will be leading the team you may also have to be prepared to generating business at times in order to show the team how its done !
  • Recruit into the team with high talent/ calibre candidates
  • To coach and develop the sales team
  • Provide training and guidance to the team where necessary to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Ensure the team are aware of their progression routes
  • Supporting the team in being on track to hit sales targets
  • To manage any operational / performance issues
The ideal Sales manager will have/be:
  • A proven track record in leading and developing a successful; outbound sales team
  • Have high attention to detail and take pride in their work
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Target driven and hungry to succeed
  • Thrives working to targets in a high performing environment
  • Previous outbound sales experience either in BtoB or BtoC is required
  • Keen to progress and develop others
  • Keen to make a difference in a business
  • Able to organise and prioritise their work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in working with a team who generated leads and book appointments would be advantageous although not essential
