Sales Support/ Sales Coordinator
Location: Portsmouth
Start Date: Asap
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
Salary: £22000-£25000 per annum

Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very successful business based in the Portsmouth area Due to huge success, our client is now looking to expand the business and require a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the business with all-round sales administration and sales support

As Sales Support you will be responsible for:
  • Working within a small team supporting the sales team with all-round administrative support
  • Assisting clients with their enquires via email and on the telephone
  • Assisting with sales inquiries via the telephone, email and webchat
  • Processing of sales orders 
  • Generating sales opportunities : Contacting some smaller clients to generate interest in the company and assist with sales enquiries
  • To contact lapsed clients
  • Assist with allocating stock and managing the transportation of goods 
  • Liaising with third parties both internally and externally where required
  • Updating client records with accuracy 
  • Supporting the Sales and account managers with their clients and accounts - stepping in when on holiday 
 
  The ideal Sales Support will have/be:
  • Will be confident in dealing with clients via email and on the telephone
  • Will have the confidence to call customers and discuss opportunities here and there
  • Will have good administrative skills and experience
  • Will be confident in using Microsoft Office 
  • Will have good communication skills
  • Will have a Can-do attitude and be keen to show a business what they are capable of
