SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: £23000 - £25000 plus fantastic company benefits

Location: Fareham /Gosport

Hours of work: Monday to Friday core working hours

This is a temporary to remain permanent position

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in the Fareham and Gosport area
Due to huge growth our client is looking to expand the business ready for a busy 2022 and is now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the business

As a Sales Support administrator you will be responsible for supporting the senior Sales and Account management team in the day-to-day management of their clients.


Working within the Operations team, your role is to fully support them with administration duties and to help to develop and build a strong partnership/relationship with their customer base and delivering outstanding customer service.

Working closely with internal departments is a must to make sure that any forward planning is successful and to ensure that you meet the client’s needs / deadlines

As a Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
  • Attending Customer Meetings virtually and on site to support the Sales and Account managers
  • To act as a point of contact in the offices to assist the clients with their needs
  • To assist in processing customer quotes
  • To keep track of customers orders
  • Efficient Filing of terms and all other Customer information
  • To manage the administration for new client accounts
  • Liaison with internal departments to manage customer requirements
  • Attending Monthly Forecasting meetings
  • Assist with exhibitions and trade shows
  • Sending of sales material both on and offline
  • Order Processing & managing queries
  • TO manage the Transportation of goods
  • To manage customer enquiries via email and on the telephone
  • Liaison with Purchasing Team to manage stock levels
  • Making sure that delivery deadlines are achieved and if not are communicated effectively to your customer
  • Working with Supply Chain Team closely
  • To work with Marketing to manage marketing materials
  • Ensuring that your customer orders and queries are prioritised and understood by all involved, taking ownership for delivering outstanding Customer Service through to final resolution / successful delivery of service
  • To work to SLA agreements
  • Investigating, raising, Logging and Monitoring Credit and Debit Notes for approval/authorisation
 
The Ideal Sales Support Administrator will have / be
  • Experience as a Sales Support, sales administration or be highly experienced Administrator/Co-Ordinator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in managing multiple things at once - multitasking
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, clear and concise in both verbal and written communication
  • The ability to gather key information and identify the root problem along with proving a solution
  • Be comfortable in managing projects and juggling multiple tasks
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
  • A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise action
  • The ability to create, maintain and develop relationships across internal and external contacts
  • Have a flexible approach, be highly organised and process driven
  • Strong in using Microsoft word and excel
