Location – Portsmouth / Home (80 / 20%)
 
Permanent
 
Full-Time; 37.5 hours per week

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established IT and telecoms business who are based in Portsmouth and surrounding areas across the UK
 
Due to business change our client is looking to recruit a Sales Operations Executive.
 
As our Sales Operations Executive you will be working effectively with the sales, customer operations, marketing, and digital teams to increase sales.
 
You will be supporting the Direct sales team in processing orders from beginning to end to form a seamless process.
 
As a Sales Operations Executive you will be responsible for:
  • Using the CRM to track activity.
  • Always look for ways to improve the systems.
  • Monitoring the inbox.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain, validate, and cleanse data on the CRM.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the business.
  • Be a subject matter expert for the CRM being the first point of call for advice.
  • Act as the main support for implementing new processes and systems.
  • Always look to improve performance.
  • Contribute to new training material.
As a Sales Operations Executive you will have/be:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience within a Sales Support role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to work to numerous deadlines.
  • Articulate and presentable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
