Sales Manager- Wrexham

Full Time - Permanent

39 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Manager for a leading and well-established Manufacturer in Wrexham! This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join a multinational team.

The Role:

  • Achieve sales turnover and margin targets agreed in the annual management plan
  • Conduct market and customer analysis ensuring you are leading from the front and evolving opportunities
  • Building long lasting and effective customer relationships, recognising areas of sales growth
  • Develop and implement a dynamic commercial strategy, maximizing opportunities within the Multimedia Solutions industry
  • Prospect the market to find potential new distribution partners
  • Manage and lead major tenders
  • Negotiate Commercial opportunities
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to produce an annual plan. Prepare monthly forecasting reports.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in the multimedia solutions / cabling industry is essential due to the need to have broad knowledge of the market, customers, competitors and products.
  • Must have strong commercial acumen and will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to build relationships in a complex environment across different countries, cultures and levels to achieve business objectives
  • Will need to be a skilled influencer and negotiator and be confident to highlight problems and create solutions
  • Must have incredibly strong written and communication skills
  • Will need to have a full UK driving license as UK wide travel is essential in this role
