Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside a well known business in their search for a passionate and motivated Sales Manager to be responsible for a team of up to 10 telemarketers as well as your own account management
This role is split between account management and performance management.
You will be responsible for
- Continuous development/improvement - out client are proud of their reputation and strive for their employees to meet the level required.
- To ensure that you are performance managing your team effectively you must carry out a 1:1 on a weekly basis
- A workshop will be carried out for all new sales staff prior to them starting, including role plays and telephone interviews
- For the team, it is your responsibility as a Team Manager to ensure that your team are highly motivated and driven towards progression and development
- Our client is a fast growing business and we need the team to keep up with the growth - the development of our staff is key to build the team and retain the numbers
- Regular reporting on your own sales and your teams sales to senior management
- As an Account Manager Your most important deliverable is your renewal business. This is looked at through value delivered, the RPH delivered and the % conversion from campaign to renewal. Managing up to 20 key accounts.
- It is key that you have regular communication with the client as well as your diallers.. Weekly calls with the client and diallers every week to check in are essential.
- Ensure you are using the right medium of communication at all times with your client. For any difficult situations always pick up the phone rather than email.
