Sales Ledger Clerk
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business based in Southampton. This position would report into the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing the sales ledger and credit control function.
The Sales Ledger Role:
- Processing high-volume invoices and credit notes within a fast-paced environment
- Allocating payments and posting client receipts
- Setting up new customer accounts and completing credit checks
- Chasing overdue balances and updating existing accounts
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Good organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills; including VLOOKUP’s and Pivots
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a confident and tenacious telephone manner
