Sales Ledger Clerk
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join one of our top clients based in Portsmouth on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week. This position will be supporting the Finance Manager with collecting outstanding debts and maintaining the sales ledger function.
- Processing invoices and credit notes and chasing overdue debts
- Allocating payments, updating cash receipts and maintaining bad debtor reports
- Reconciling bank and supplier statements
- Investigate any discrepancies and finding a resolution and reviewing processes to improve efficiencies
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Good organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills; including VLOOKUP’s and Pivots
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a confident and tenacious telephone manner
