Sales Ledger Clerk
Up to £22k, Depending on Experience
Full Time, Permanent Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join one of our top clients based in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a busy and experienced team.
- Reporting into the supervisor
- Processing high-volume invoices and credit notes
- Chasing overdue balances
- Reconciling bank and supplier statements
- Credit Control
- Reviewing accounts on a weekly basis
- Cash management
- Matching purchase orders
- Allocating cash payments
- Investigate any discrepancies and finding a resolution
- Completing reports and presenting to the supervisor
- Query resolution for supplier and customers
- Liaise with external and internal partners
- Assist the finance department with ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Good organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience using SAP (essential)
- Strong Excel skills; including VLOOKUP's and Pivots
- Able to use initiative and think logically in busy situations
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a confident and tenacious telephone manner
