Sales Ledger Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join a well-established business based in Portsmouth. This position would report into the Credit Control Manager and be responsible for providing support to the credit control team.

The Sales Ledger Administrator Role:
  • Processing high-volume invoices and credit notes within a fast-paced environment
  • Allocating payments and posting client receipts
  • Setting up new customer accounts and completing credit checks
  • Chasing overdue balances and updating existing accounts
The Ideal Sales Ledger Administrator Candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Strong Excel skills; including VLOOKUP’s and Pivots
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a confident and tenacious telephone manner
