Sales Ledger Administrator


Mon - Fri / 08:30 - 17:00

Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside a household name retailer to fill a fantastic opportunity for Sales Ledger Administrator to join their head offices in Chandlers Ford/Eastleigh area.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Bi-weekly reconciliation of petty cash
  • Manage the new account applications for UK, Republic of Ireland and Export
  • Creating and send out monthly customer statements as well as reminder letters and final demands
  • Manage staff purchase orders through from payment to invoice
  • Manage proforma orders s, ensuring payment arrangements are made prior to release
  • Work alongside external departments to administer, chase and process courier claims
  • Some duties to cover for the cashier during holiday and sickness absence
  • Assist Sales Ledger with online retail portals and dispute management

  • Good IT skills, proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programmes
