Sales Ledger Administrator
Up to £20k, Depending on Experience
Full Time, Temporary Position!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a busy and experienced team.

The Role:

  • Reporting into the Financial Controller
  • Recording and distributing receipt and payment details
  • Allocating cash to customer accounts
  • Raising and sending invoices and credit notes
  • Completing cashiering processes
  • Chasing overdue balances
  • Reconciling bank and supplier statements
  • Credit Control
  • Issuing final demand letters
  • Reviewing accounts on a weekly basis
  • Preparing account statements
  • Supporting the Sales Ledger department with ad hoc duties
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with ad hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Good organisation and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Able to use initiative and think logically in busy situations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a confident and tenacious telephone manner
