Sales Executive – BtoB Sales Professional
 
Hours of work : 40 Hours a week :Monday – Friday
£18000 to 24,000 basic + Fantastic commission opportunities
Realistic OTE between £30K & £35k although this is uncapped

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a very well established and multiple award winning business who are based in the Fareham and Southampton area
 
Due to huge success our client is looking to expand and are now looking to recruit experienced self-motivated Sales Executives to join their Business to Business sales team
 
As a  Business to Business Sales executive you will be responsible for contacting a warm client base to encourage customers to renew contracts or if they should have cancelled their contracts look to clarify issues and overcome them to bring them back onboard
 
You will be in control of your own calls and call time and the data that you will work from is fresh and up to date . The current sales team have a conversation rate of over 90% due to the quality of the data.
 
Your key tasks will include the following:
  • To work as part of a successful sales team
  • To make calls to existing / lapsed customers to generate an interest in further deals and encourage customers to renew contracts
  • To clarify any issues , objections , and to look to offer solutions which will potentially encourage them to return as a customer
  • To negotiate on rates , contracts and costings  and close new contracts
  • To provide excellent customer services at all times
  • To follow a well written script to ensure the standards of the company are met although please be assured that you can use your personality and sales techniques in an around this
  • To upload customers information with accuracy onto the database
  • To work to FCA regulations
  • Working towards monthly/quarterly targets.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will have previous sales experience ideally within telesales / new business cold calling although alternative sales experience will be considered
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Will be educated at Grade C and above in GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
  • A strong desire to achieve
  • Perseverance and self-motivation to take the sales process from start to finish
  • A proactive, ‘common-sense’ approach to business
  • Strong organisational abilities including good time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Adaptable to change
This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
