Location : Farnham

Position : Permanent

Hours - Mon-Thu 09:00-18:00 1 hour lunch , Fri 09:00-17:30 ½ hour lunch

Salary;£18-20k + bonus which is uncapped although you will receive a realistic OTE of £21000 -£24000

NO FINANCIAL SALES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, for our client it is definitely more about the individual. Brilliant in-house training is provided and therefore if you are money motivated , driven , confident and ambition this could be for you!

NO COLD CALLING - All leads come from a variety of warm channels

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for making calls to customers who would have shown an interest within company products and services

You will speak with your customer to discuss available products and services and assist them with those that best suit their requirements

You will build a good rapport with your customers , provide excellent customer services , negotiate and overcome objections with a view to close the sales opportunities

As a result you will earn a bonus from any products and services that you sell to your customers

Key duties include:

  • To approach customers with regards to specialist products and services
  • Meet KPIs by calling prospective clients from WARM AND HOT LEADS and sell their range of services and products to a range of clients
  • Follow up on sales calls to make sure that customers have received any information sent over - giving another chance to really sell the company and turn around any objections
  • Understand and actively jump at opportunities to upsell and cross sell their wide range of services
  • Deal with any customer enquiries professionally and appropriately
