Job Description

Sales Engineer – External
Location : Fareham, Segensworth
Hours of work : Core hours Monday to Friday -37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35000 -£45000 dependent on experience

Due to growth plans we are currently looking to recruit an external Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for the following tasks

 

 

  • Generating Sales leads and have the ability to highlight and peruse such opportunities

  

 

 

  • To focus on business development activity with suppliers whilst working to KPI’s and business sales objectives.

  

 

 

  • Pricing of proposals to customers

  

 

 

  • To carry outs site survey’s and propose solution for the hire of specialist goods

  

 

 

  • Taking time to understanding customer requirements and propose the best solutions

  
To be considered you will require the following
  

 

 

  • Experience in creating Sales proposals and contracts
  • Will have a professional approach to Sales
  • Exceptional skills in developing Sales leads and converting them into orders- Proven track record
  • Relationship management
  • Will have previous sales experience within both “internal and external “
  • Financially aware of sales margin and budgets
  • Strong team player
  • Strong negation skills and rapport building skills
  • Experience in carrying out site surveys
  • Full clean driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills and have the ability to liaise with various
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Strong Work ethic
  • Target driven
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
