Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a highly successful client based in Farnborough. They are requiring a Sales Director to develop a successful team and drive sales from the front

The Sales Director will drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of sales andmarketing activity for the company, reporting to and working closely with the Directors to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are met. The
Sales Director will interface with and influence internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the sales and marketing departments with strategic focus on buildingthe business for; Revenue, Margin, Agencies & Contractors paid per week.
- Visit current and prospective clients to maintain and develop relationships.
- Produce and manage a pipeline of any new and potential business
- Conducting weekly sales meetings and discussing the sales pipeline and potential business in the future.
- Responsible for performance of sales, marketing and business development.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
- Providing leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
- Be performance focused and to really drive sales forward.
- Understand the products and services and be able to identify ways to improve it for our particular market place.
- Lead and direct the marketing team while simultaneously managing a large sales function.
- Be closely involved in the business planning with Directors

Skills and achievements:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & knowledge of ACT is preferred but not essential
- New Business sales and Account Management experience
- Proven track record of being in a busy, pressured & target driven environment.
- Great time management & organisational skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude
-A natural entrepreneur who is always thinking about business opportunities.

Hours- Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm

Salary £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience
