Job Description
Situated in the luxurious shopping village, our client is looking for their next Sales Assistant to join their friendly, vibrant team. They would like to speak to anyone with customer service skills looking to either take a step into retail or have previous experience and looking to take on extra Key Holder duties.
Salary: £21,547 P/A
Full Time - Permanent Role - Working 37.5 hours per week
The duties of the Sales Assistant/Key Holder:
* Greeting customers, offering them product advice, and assisting them at the tills
* Covering the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager
* Recording performance figures and implementing advertising or promotional activities
* Opening the store, closing the store, and cashing up to business standards
* Handling visual merchandising tasks and carrying out stock takes
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have previous retail or hospitality experience
* Will need to be enthusiastic, highly articulate and hard-working.
* Strong PC skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and take pride in exceeding customer expectations.
