Sales and Service Administrator
Location: Eastleigh / Chandlers Ford
Duration: this is a 6-month temporary position with a possible opportunity to remain permanently
Hours of work: 8.30am to 4.30 Pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 5pm
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Start: Immediate start

Due to this they are now looking to find additional temporary support within the sales and service department with immediate effect

Good administrative skills and experience
Ideally have worked in Sales Administration / Coordination previously

As a Sales and Service Administrator you will be responsible for
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing team with all round administration
- Processing Sales orders and ensuring that all contact details are uploaded correctly and in the correct places
- Co-ordinating between third parties to manage a successful onboarding of customers
- To follow up on marketing campaigns
- Liaise with sites to answer application queries and chase up missing information.
- Applying for ID and trade information
- Update client records and change of owner documentation
- Working with internal project installations team
- Deal with incoming voicemails / emails
- Pre-invoicing checks
- Acquirer and supplier Invoice & data checks
- Respond to customer billing queries and escalate internally
The ideal candidate will have
Good administrative skills and experience
Ideally have worked in Sales Administration / Coordination previously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Able to adapt to, embrace and lead change
- Will have a flexible can-do attitude
- Will be available to start Immediately
