As a Sales and Renewals Advisor you will work within the Multi Vehicle team to provide excellent customer service and effective administration support to all customers regarding their insurance through every channel.
As a Sales and Renewals Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Manage customer enquiries always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organising your workload to ensure you are using your time efficiently.
- Meeting quality and accuracy targets.
- Remaining efficient through your excellent negotiation skills and using varying communication channels.
- Cross sell and upsell on insurance products.
- Contribute to business concerns and solutions to improve.
- Ensure you are adhering to all company processes and policies.
- Provide customers with accurate and relevant information/advice so that they can make an informed decision.
- Escalating any issues that arise.
The ideal Sales and Renewals Advisor will:
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Thrives off working within a target driven environment.
- Can proactively work within a team and individually.
- Effectively prioritise workload and is confident working under pressure.
- Solid experience working within a busy call centre.
- Understanding of the Car Insurance market is advantageous. Full training will be provided.
