As a Sales and Renewals Advisor you will provide excellent customer service and effective administration support to all customers regarding their insurance through every channel.
As a Sales and Renewals Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Manage customer enquiries always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organising your workload to ensure you are using your time efficiently.
- Meeting quality and accuracy targets.
- Remaining efficient through your excellent negotiation skills and using varying communication channels.
- Cross sell and upsell on insurance products.
- Contribute to business concerns and solutions to improve.
- Ensure you are adhering to all company processes and policies.
- Provide customers with accurate and relevant information/advice so that they can make an informed decision.
- Escalating any issues that arise.
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Thrives off working within a target driven environment.
- Can proactively work within a team and individually.
- Effectively prioritise workload and is confident working under pressure.
- Understanding of the Home Insurance market is advantageous. Full training will be provided.
