Sales and Account Manager / Hybrid Role

Location: The Main head office is based in Petersfield although remote working will also be considered

Hours of work: Monday to  Friday 37.5 Hours – anytime between the hours of 8am and 6pm

Salary: £25000 -£35000 plus commission  Realistic OT – 45K plus – this is uncapped

Plus fantastic benefits, including a company car or car allowance, mobile phone, pension, holiday, free car parking, uncapped commission

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an independent specialist business that are hugely successful within their market.

Due to huge success, our client is now looking to expand their business and are looking to recruit a Sales and Account manager to in the business  
This is a traditional Sales and Account management role that will allow you to generate new business whilst managing existing customers from the office but also in person.

There will be an opportunity also for the right candidate to work from home where required although there will be a requirement to be part of the team in the office also at times
As a Sales and Account Manager you will be responsible for the following :
  • Support clients within the business to business sector
  • To generate new business opportunities by cold calling, following up on leads via the telephone and email
  • To respond to warm enquiries which come into the business through multiple channels
  • To manage a portfolio of key clients to build and maintain relationships
  • To maximise on opportunities with current clients
  • To arrange to visit existing customers
  • To arrange to meet with new potential customers
  • Overcome objections and encourage the unique company services
  • Co-ordinating calendar appointments and book in meetings
  • Building a database of prospect customers
  • To provide quotations and tender documentation / contracts
  • To adhere to SLA agreements
  • To manage customers expectations , complaints and ensure that enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner
  • To complete marketing campaigns to attract customers
  • Complete administration
The Ideal Sales and Account Manager will have / Be
  • Previous Sales/ Account Management experience, a successful track record
  • Outstanding telephone manner
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and maximise on opportunities
  • Will have good negotiation skills
  • Will be confident meeting key decision makers of a business
  • Experience in building relationships
  • Will have worked to targets and deadlines
  • Will be motivated and keen to succeed
  • Energetic and able to work well within a team
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office / Computer Literate
