Sales Advisor-Soft / Consultant  

Location :Portsmouth
 
£19000- £19300 basic salary with a realistic OTE £30K although uncapped
Plus fantastic benefits
 
Hours of work:37.5 hours a week – you must be available to work shifts between 8.30am and 7pm
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very successful organisation who are based in the Portsmouth area
 
Due to some fantastic growth plans and changes within the business our client is looking to recruit a Soft Sales Advisor to join the team
 
As a Sales Advisor you will work as part of a small team who are responsible for consulting the general public and corporate firms on services that are available to them
 
You will be responsible for receiving emailed and web enquiries which you will then respond to and look to engage with your customer
 
You will also look to identify sales opportunities and follow up on those
 
As a Sales Advisor you will be looking to approach customers in a consultative manner and to assist them in finding a service that will best suit them . You will sell through providing excellent customer services
 
As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for
 
Proactively generate new business and new income stream
To respond to incoming telephone , email and web- based sales enquiries
To consult customers and look to identify their needs before offering suitable services and memberships
To visit clients on site
Complete weekly target KPI sheet to demonstrate growth
Conduct sales tours of the facilities and give guidance to prospective customers Ensure all prospective members receive the appropriate information and tour of the facilities.
Responsible for the administration thereafter 
Responsible for recording daily sales
Be fully aware of promotional activities and sales targets.
Attend monthly sales meetings to provide relevant information pertaining to membership sales.
Carry out competitor analysis on a regular basis in order to provide information which can be used positively when selling the facilities.
Generate new business by visiting corporate sites and doing outreach.
