Sales Support Administrator
Waterlooville, Hampshire
£25,000 including full benefits and bonus structure

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an exciting and innovative business based in Waterlooville for a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team.
They are looking for an Organised and Customer Service focused individual that can:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers via Phone, Email and Video Calling.
- Process customer orders and requests submitted by website, live chat, email and telephone
- Process card payments from customers
- Resolve customer complaints
- Liaise with couriers to track customers orders
- Input data onto the system
- Be a good allrounder, supporting other departments during busy times
- Check product availability for customers
- Update the database in line with GDPR
- Communicate with customers on stages of their orders
Ideally you will have:
- At least 1 year experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to speak with various stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and prioritse day
- A positive attitude
- High attention to detail
