Sales Administrator  

Location : Fareham  

Hours of work : Mon – Fri / 08:30 – 17:00  

Salary : Starting salary of £19500 with an opportunity for this to increase to £21000 after a probation period

Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an award winning specialist business who have multiple branches across the UK and are set to grown further in 2019   Due to the growth plans our client is looking to recruit a Sales administrator for their Fareham branch with Immediate effect  

As a Sales Administration you will be responsible for the following tasks

 

 

  • Assisting multiple customers via email and on the telephone
  • Ensure that all orders are placed correctly onto the internal system and monitor arrival dates
  • Match invoices to payment, ensuring that errors are kept to a minimum and orders are processed efficiently
  • Manage orders to get goods to your clients on time
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage accurate orders and to minimise errors and associated costs
  • Filing of all contracts, orders and invoices
  • Record and resolve issues regarding missing or damaged items.
  • Ensure that accurate records are made and reports generated for sales and turnover of all Uk sites
  • Answer incoming telephone calls taking accurate information and direct calls or pass on messages to the correct departments or sites
  • Record customer complaints and pass to correct sites or departments
  • General Administration Duties, including financial data entry
  • To manage administration of goods in and goods out
  • Manage post and parcels
  • Franking of the post
  • Quality control : To make contact with clients to ensure that a quality customer service has been provided and log feedback. To register feedback received

  The successful candidate will

 

 

 

 

  • Have previous experience within administration
  • Will have the ability to multi task and prioritise whilst working to targets
  • Proactive and flexible in approach to work
  • Able to work alone with limited supervision
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels of authority
  • Able to pay attention to detail and self-check
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy office environment
  • Excellent attitude and approach towards delivering customer service

  This role requires a high level of attention to detail to keep errors to a minimum whilst processing a high volume of orders and requests   Product training will be given but you must be fully competent with MS Office, Excel, internet and email.   To be considered please submit your CV Immediately
